Talk with your employees about the future. After all, how will they be able to build the right skills if they have no idea what is needed in the future?
When things look down, think about what you want to happen.
Think about what type of environment you want to create in your company, department, team or with your customers and suppliers. How can you make that a reality?
Think about one of your products or materials. What does your supply chain look like?
There is no way to become a visionary in a week; however, you certainly can take steps to lead you towards this path. Start by not being afraid to stand out from the crowd.
Traditions are a great way to bring people together. What traditions do you have at work?
Think about treating your customers (both internal and external) like you are thrilled to be doing business with them and /or working with them.
